Can I cancel/modify my order?

You can modify/cancel your order 2 hours after placing your order, after that we immediately begin processing your order. Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order. Please contact us at teaplusshade@gmail.com for any questions regarding your order.

What is your return policy?

If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Defective items will be exchanged for the same type of product. Please contact us at teaplusshade@gmail.com for further information. 

What is your refund policy?

At this time, Tea+Shade does not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped. As, the majority of our items are made to order.

I love my mug, but would like a different design. Can I exchange it?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. 

Do you ship internationally?

No, at this time we do not offer international shipping

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are determined by weight.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

All orders ship within 3-5 business days.

I received a shipping notification, but when I click the link I am not able to track my package. Did you really ship my order?

When you receive your notification it means that we have packaged your order up for shipping and USPS has picked it up. It usually takes one business day for USPS to scan the tracking number into their system. Check back later and you will likely be able to track your package from that point on.

What do I do if my order shipped, but I never received it?

If your tracking number says "delivered" or "out for delivery" but you haven't received your package, please contact your local USPS office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Does tea + shade wholesale?

Wholesale is approved on a case by case basis. At this times, we consider all items for wholesale, except our mugs.
